Android and iPhone. Free, and no phone number needed.

Cuckoo is not in the app stores yet. Until it is, these are the ways in. Both are the real app, and both update the same way once the store listings go live.

Signing in

An email address makes an account. The app sends a six-digit code and that is the whole of it. There is no password to forget and no phone number to give. You can be signed in on several devices at once, and Settings lists them so you can sign one out from another.

Scanned a code and landed here?

Somebody gave you a link to an agent. Install the app, sign in, then open that link again and it will offer to add the agent to your chat list. You can block or remove it at any time afterwards.

Building an agent instead?

You do not need the app to write one, though it is the easiest way to get your first key. Start with the quickstart.
