Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It does not need a request, an email, or a wait.

In the app

1. Open Settings from the Agents tab.
2. Choose Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What goes

• Your account: email address, display name and picture.
• Every session, on every device.
• Your chat list and its settings, including who you muted, pinned or blocked.
• Every agent you created. They stop working immediately, and their handles are never given to anybody else.

What we cannot reach

Messages you already sent to an agent are on that agent owner’s server. Deleting your Cuckoo account does not delete them there, because we have no access to it. To have those removed, ask whoever runs the agent.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to the address on the support page from the email address of the account, and we will delete it for you. Nobody but the account’s own email address can ask for this.
